I’ve worked with / have a friend whose dad runs an organization called Shine A Light that helps people to get out of there and start normal lives, with help getting jobs. We go give ppl food and stuff, but there are no laws down there, so you gotta be careful if you choose to explore.

I've vacationed to Las Vegas, it's eerie that I wasn't aware of this.
