Intro to Rigging an Armature to a character in Blender 3.0

when i move my rigs left arm's bone both arms move but when i move my right arm's bone only the bone moves (the legs work fine) is there a way to fix this?

thx for the tut. I got my man rigged and bones named but bones are sticking out of him unless I disable bones in side panel from showing. I guess that's how you render is just disable the armature at render time. Now I just need to figure out how to animate the poses! thx
