How this even working , You increment the loop instead of decrementing ,,, it should go to overflow

in line no 25 you have made mistake. variable ( i ) have to decrement the value not increment.

Hi, for the maxAndValue(), the i in For loop should be decreasing from 31 to 0, but instead it put i++ , but still it can produce the result 9, i wonder why? 😲
