Bro, you are crazy.!! I know you have the survival skills on you but the way you are doing isn't safe and healthy. Sashimi has some sauces along that cut off the strong fishy tastes.. It's cutted thin slices and cleaned. Then eaten with the sauces that cut off the strong fishy tastes.. You could have cooked it as you know how to light on a fire🫣🫣

you could probably rub some seawater on yourself to cool off easier and reduce water loss to sweat, but it might leave salt on you. Not sure.

Block stones/coral/make a like well with enough mouth to let fish to enter. Crack some sea clams, stone crabs, as bait and wait for fish to enter and spear

Could you use transpiration from the plants around to get some fresh water into bottles? Push a bottle over some leaves, tie it down to the ground so that any transpired water collects at the bottom, would that work?
