ОтветитьI’ve done like 50 of your workout videos including isometric and I think this was the hardest one yet.
I used a 15 lb and was destroyed
OMG... started with 8kg then7kg and alternate between the twos. How on earth you managed to lift so heavy for such a small person that you are CG!!!!!

ОтветитьFor a long time I found the couch to 5k challenge tricky, and could never even dream of being able to complete anything fitness related of this caliber, let alone enjoy it!! It’s really hard work but it all pays off and my past self is really proud that current me is excited to complete the rest of it 🥹 thank you Caroline for this hardcore series! you are inspiring girl ❣️
ОтветитьSecond time doing heat. Just came off of Iron, which I loved. I am sore though after two days. How did she use 20 pounds for this whole workout. I started at 20, then gradually decreased. She is so strong!!
ОтветитьWhoa!!! That was the most aggressive upper body workout. Right out of the gate! Those single presses, ridiculous! She really knows how to work you. I don't know if my shoulders will be a part of my body anymore! If you don't get me in shape Caroline, I don't know who will. Your workouts are brilliant!❤

ОтветитьFor all its "short" workouts, Epic Heat is turning out to be surprisingly exhausting, gonna have to pace myself working through this 😲and this is after having done Epic I, II, III, Iron, Fuel, Beastmode, Circuit, Pyramid, and Complex series. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, considering Caroline's creativity in designing every workout/series 😊
