ОтветитьFrazier was lucky Liston was dead
ОтветитьJoe Frazier thought he was hard Foreman whooped his azz. Made him look like a clown😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьNever knew the kidney was around the front of the body.
ОтветитьYou don't see this too often. One boxer defeat two Hall of Fame boxers in one 15 minute video.
ОтветитьEu não conhecia a história de Mohamed Ali , ele era um tremendo babaca , desequilíbrado !!!
ОтветитьSorry, but anyone who thinks Frazier was a 'great' champion doesn't know the history of boxing well enough.
He was definitely a very good heavyweight, but he really never came close to being a great one in my opinion. And he was kind of a tragic figure in that...
Why?
He won the Title by default in the first place, and only after Ali wasn't allowed to keep fighting. In other words he was merely the best of the contenders (make that pretenders) to Ali's crown in the elimination fights that were held to find a de-facto replacement champ.
Second, it's certainty very unlikely Frazier would have won the Title from Ali while he was still in his prime, before the government stole it from him and forced him into years of inactivity. Not when The Greatest still battered him bloody between 4 & 5 years later for the 41 rounds of their 3 fights.
Yes, Smoken' Joe won the first fight that was based on one great punch.
But anybody who's watched Ali's incredible ability to slip big, sweeping punches (which was Joe's only true weapon), throughout his career knows that skill was even more acute before his forced, 3 year retirement.
In othe words, that one big punch most likely never lands if Ali had been able to continue fighting between 1967 and 1973. It might have, but it's much more unlikely.
And third, even after he won the vacant crown, he could only hold it for 3 years until this fight. When big George sent him repeatedly crashing to the canvas for less than 2 full rounds. But not before pathetically dancing a 'skip you my loo' around the ring on one knee like he was a punching bag.
Which was no fluke, because he did it to poor Joe twice. Tragic indeed...
I rest my case and welcome other perspectives on this.
Wow
ОтветитьAli was a loud mouth clown. Well, he could dance & bicycle around the ring; I'll give him that.
ОтветитьThat was easy

Ответитьwow, frazier was tough as nails and as hard as they get, but foreman had him beat already in the first half of the first round...
ОтветитьForman reminds me of a tiger tank, blowing up a Joe Fraser Sherman,no contest in other words.
Ответитьpure domination by Big George
ОтветитьThis is why Ali is the Best Heavyweight of all time, he fights everybody in their prime, win or lose, he challenged all the greats during his era!
ОтветитьIf George had Mike Tyson’s speed, he may well have become the greatest ever.
Ali wasn’t all that keen on a return match, after beating him ..
Boxing in those days were much more brutal then today. The refs would allow these fight to continue as these fighters absorbed enormous amounts of punishment.
ОтветитьAli beat the dust of foreman.
ОтветитьFrazier looked pathetic
