Excellent presentation, Toby👏👏👏. Your expertise and smooth presentation is also clearly a threat to the commenter who seems to be unfulfilled in their chosen vocation , based on their condescending comments highlighting their own insecurities, masked as being “ constructive “ 😜
ОтветитьIf this wasn’t in London it would barely sell for 1 mil.
ОтветитьYou're a great presenter Tobi - and good looking too
ОтветитьIt just looks like LosAngelos……it’s ugly.
Ответитьwhat regular working class person can afford this
ridiculous
Where's the pool ????
ОтветитьAwful
ОтветитьA kitchen for people who live on take out. 😂
ОтветитьExterior is restrained, beautiful and historic. Interior is generic, boring and self-indulgent.
ОтветитьWow, 14.5 mil and no car garage?
Ответитьlooks like a posh hotel
ОтветитьAn amazing property with acres of space but, 14+ million and NO garage! :-(
ОтветитьNo patterns or textures in the decor. Just flat, boring greys and dark beige. No colours on the walls, just monotone flatness. Who IS it that "designs" the interiors of these places? They all seem to be colour blind. Have they not ever seen any FABRICS? All the interiors of this channel's "homes" look like corporate board rooms. Uninteresting, uninspired, lacking in flare or panache. Obviously a reflection of the kind of people who buy them - very rich but with zero taste.
ОтветитьIt’s an absolutely beautiful house But WTF were the developers thinking with that silly little kitchen. Why not lose all of the cupboard space on one side and have more working space. It had a slide out spice rack and 2 ovens ffs 😂 .
ОтветитьWhat a joke, I live on the next block very high crime rate and no one would send their child to a local school without a stab vest, knuckle duster, and good supply of drugs, most of friends have moved out of the area because it is unsafe and polluted.
ОтветитьThe most beautiful house ive seen. Excellent tour Toby
ОтветитьWith such a narrow kitchen, WHY would they enclose appliances behind cabinets? Opening doors leave no space to maneuver around.
ОтветитьIs nobody going to talk about the travesty that is the space of that puny kitchen?
ОтветитьAstoundingly unimpressive, the last time I seen a kitchen that narrow was on a train, it’s quite impossible to imagine anyone actually paying £14.5m for that …
Ответитьsuch an elegant presentation Toby and kudos to the camera person
ОтветитьIt is very tasteful and beautiful. Real bonus that it has offstreet parking. The location is spectacular. And the price isn’t too crazy compared to some of the ridiculous prices you see in less desirable parts of London. This is a very nice home, even if the kitchen is a little strange.
ОтветитьYou’d think for 14.5 million they would power wash the front steps at least
ОтветитьSo much money…so little taste.
ОтветитьWhat I've learned from watching loads of home tours for houses I could never afford...rich people only decorate in grey or beige 😂
ОтветитьFor this price there shouldn’t be any flaws, sorry the kitchen is a hard no for me. It feels very claustrophobic maybe it’s all the doors. The other parts of the home look nice.
ОтветитьFreehold ?
ОтветитьIt looks like in a hotel. A very nice hotel, but hotel.
ОтветитьWhat about nasty council rates and other council related bills ?
ОтветитьSo, all of us are slaves to our government’s net zero goals.-This makes a lot of sense 😢😂 nonsense
ОтветитьIt’s been designed for an international buyer and, to be frank, will date very quickly and is somewhat bland. However, that is the point. At this end of the market you can expect any buyer to completely refurbish a property after buying it.
ОтветитьThe kitchen sink is extremely small
ОтветитьIf you need something to wash your money with here you go, overall flow is a little tight, especially around the kitchen area, you’ll have to have caterers, warm the food, and then serve
ОтветитьI'm a real loser can't afford a small humble 1 bed flat. I don't even live that far from this area. Inequality and intrenched privilege.
ОтветитьThanks, Toby, Nice presentation.
ОтветитьAwful home really for the amount of money
ОтветитьHow do you get the lambo in there? I don't see any outside access for vehicles?
ОтветитьOne car park for fourteen and a half million quid id want more than that.
Ответитьsoul less.
ОтветитьNot a bidet in sight!! 😯😯😯😯
Ответитьfuck the cinema room, make that space the kitchen
ОтветитьLovely but that kitchen was a disappointment. Space was wasted on the lift.
ОтветитьFor me, the Nash Terraces around Regents Park are (externally) the most beautiful houses in London.
ОтветитьI could work from home from bedroom # 2 alone....😄
ОтветитьMust be nice to be able live in that lifestyle.
ОтветитьAt 14.5 million the kitchen is an absolute joke. Tiny, enclose, claustrophobic. How are you supposed to use the 2 ovens with the doors wide open to get to them?? I didn't watch any more if the video. 1 wouldn't pay 4.5 let alone 14.5 million for it. 👎👎
ОтветитьI nearly got carried away with your talent for presenting. Nonetheless, that is a horrible kitchen - it is unacceptable for that price.
ОтветитьEveryone should have one
ОтветитьLovely!
ОтветитьThat's a neiche not a soap box.
ОтветитьKitchen is strange.
