Chicago was not raised there was a mud flood and all these huge cities were deliberately burned around the late 1800's. Cities like New York Chicago San Francisco and Seattle as well as several others mysterious fires that destroyed a lot of the city. Cities were built way before any of the colonialist were here. They already had electricity and all kinds of infrastructure.

WHY do you call this tunnel a "SECRET" tunnel? It is a public works project. That means it was appoved by the government of Chicago, so how secet is that?. STOP reporting this by sensationalizing the project as secet when it it not.
