Hi Ms. Rea! :) I just want to ask if the applicant is the one who will choose whether to be assign in a voice or a non voice account. I usually struggle in voice accounts because of the mock calls. I don't sound emphatic and I'm quite struggling in the part wherein you will explain in details the breakdown of bills in the mock call. Do I really need to follow the spiels that the company usually provides during the mock call or I can make an impromptu? Thanks for the respond and more power to your channel.

I have decided to apply in BPO (zero experience) and luckily after watching your videos, I passed, and they offered me a pioneering travel acct. ОтветитьI am currently working at a Telco Acct which require us to do the opening spiel uniquely and I agree to Ms. Rea that at the first part of the shift you still have the energy haha pero pag pa end na yung shift pagod kana worst case pumipiyok pa hahaha

ОтветитьI'm from Mexico and we also have call center here and in the Philippines, and i found your videos super helpful, in my case we can say we are from mexico, but yeah it depends, I also had my first real call last thursday, and the customer wanted to talk with our supervisor but, I deescalate propperly the call by saying, " I Understand ma'am, but please let me be the one to assit you today, ill do my best to give you the best option that fits your needs" and she was extremely kind I was super nervous but i did it!
