How to install WordPress Using XAMPP server in Ubuntu 16.04

Very nice video. Straight to the point. But once i try to upload a wordpress theme i get error "Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2021/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?" How to solve?

But at login on wordpress the connection to database is not created.
