I started out replacing individual backlights, until I realized when one of them goes, the others will soon follow.

_If there is no back light ,is changing of strips only a solution ? Can't the TV be repaired without changing the strips ? Are all strips required to be changed as per some technicians because changing of few strips affect functioning of other strips subsequently. ? Kindly clarify
