How to Fix PS5 Error Code : CE-109737-7 There's no USB Drive Connected

So my PS5 is not reading my external hard drive its not it tellin me i dont even have 1 hooked up anymore i’ve unplugged ive hard reset I have reboot only thing I haven’t tried yet is erasing it, and reformatting. but watching your video, my PlayStation isn’t doing that it’s not acknowledging that there’s even a hard drive hooked up to reformat.

I followed your directions...it worked....and I also formatted my USB drive..and went back to back and restore and backed up the data. But when I try to go back and restore it shows the same message USB not found

My extended drive isn't even being recognized anymore. "USB Extended Storage" shows nothing. Now what?
