😢dear mind please receive these messages, rest, practice breathing, practice vagal nerve gentle humming, release worries for future. Whenever a negative painful thoughts, questions enter as I listen. I tell those anxious thoughts, "yes, you matter it's ok to let unhappy ideation go to just focus here and listen paying attention to what's said in this session." Dear mind to think unhappy thoughts is no good for your inner child.

Ive been having some amazing positive shifts in my life manifesting, affirmations and etc. I passed out to watching a video on something else completely. And woke up to this. How i made it here ?. Id say by divinely guided here there are no coincidences. I have been listening to Jason Stepheson for over a decade now. If I pause listening to videos like this my life slowly just becomes a bit duller, when I get back to them things just start falling into their place. It's about using unconditional love and compassion while remaining positive while you wait for abundance to enter your life, an attitude of gratitude speed up this process. You also forgot to mention that the Law of Attraction doesn't work with a intentions and takes time. Don't forget to put the groundwork and you have to put actual effort in, stop reading this stop meditating and go take advantage of the law of attraction.
