Do you know how to find the short needles for these machines? I only find the standard machine needles. I also have one of these vintage machines and totally liked the fast use, but I can’t for the sake of me find replacement needles.

Can you pls show how to add the thread from the needle and what is the procedure after that?

Mine has a habit of skipping stitches or not stitching at all. but the weird thing is. is it tends to work almost perfect when I tilt it sideways and use it.

The older manual handheld machines work more consistently. The newer ones tend yo skip stitches, unless you make the stitches very, very slowly.
