Can you please post a tutorial on how to get it if it doesn’t show “allow” after those steps a lot of people have this problem and I just want my old account to be normal again 😭

This doesn't work. There is no such setting in a browser (from a real DESKTOP OS, like windows). kinda funny literally everyone shills these steps when they dont exist.
