When we board out relay in the Ouphe matchups the red count goes down to 9. Isn't that too low to support Cave-In?

Bryant, could you help me understand how you choose which fetches to run based on the duals you are playing? Every fetch appears to grab every land, but there must be some math/odds you're looking at to determine the split, since none of the fetches are 4-of. Thanks in advance :)
