From my understanding, there was a Slave Bible that was tailored to Slaves, but did not include all the text or complete truths in the Bible. That said, I'm sure it didn't include the story of Exodus where God freed the Jews from Slavery and other similar references. Because that would have weakened the Justification for Slaves to be or stay Obedient to their Masters.

In reality, Societal Norms such as Religion, Science, Feminism, Climate Activision, and the Legal System have all been used by certain People in order to exert some form of influence, control or manipulation over people. So, you can't isolate Christianity or Religion as the only source and means to do so. Even this Man's testimony can be considered in the same way. However, if he doesn't know all the facts; he's just speaking out of his current knowledge. But some people do it with the intent to subdue and/or scam others. In other words, Most People wont believe a Blatant Lie, but all you need is 0.01% of deception to make a 99.99% Truth a very elaborate Lie. Consequently, this is shown in the Bible when the serpent deceived Adam and Eve. Half Truths are Partial Trues are the same.

Im not religious because like malcolm x said history is best qualified to reward your research. Its clear when u do the research of the historical origins that all abrahamic faiths we have today were created by the Greeks and Romans. We see no evidence of biblical claims in secular history outside of the bible especially before Alexander the great conquered everything and laid foundation for the age of hellenism where we get the 1st and oldest bible the greek septuagint written diring the reign of Ptolemy II philadelphus in Egypt mid 2nd century bce. New testament was first written under rule of roman emperor Titus flavius in late 1st century ce, 4 decades after the supposed death and resurrection of Jesus, which again theres no evidence for outside the bible. Also the synoptic gospels(mathew, mark, luke and john) which were supposed to be 1st hand accounts of Jesus's life all contradict each other.

Monarchs have been behind many of oppression throughout human history religion just continued, but the ruling body technically are the one responsible for oppression. Since I was 15 yrs old, I just turned 25 yesterday I’ve always thought the Bible was tampered with. If I choose any religion I’d be Muslim as well.
