How to Activate your Mashreq Neo Debit Card and Set Pin?

My card still does not activate

I opened a mashreq neo account and the card was already activated and didnt ask to set pin so what do I do now

I opened a mashreq neo account recently but I can't find where to get my debit card, all i can see in the app is how to apply for a credit card, and not a single thing on the debit card, can you help me out on this?

Assalamowalikum Sir.
My card was activated but when i check on apps there show still Processing, more then 10 days?

After I completed all steps, it says:

"We couldn't complete your card activation

Apologies there was an error."

I received the card about 12 hours ago, and this error is still showing.

Is it a system failure and I should just wait for the fix?
