ОтветитьHi Omid I just have a Question , wen active calls takes longer than 5 or 7 mn they showing Dispo in real-time report.(That means in the first 5 minutes you can see it normally in call, then the call status changes to Dispo although the agent is always in call). can we solve the problem .thank you. <3
