I work in real estate, and I’m fascinated by blockchain tech. One thing that’s not considered in this is that the facts of the home are not known at the time the contract is created. In most cases the contract changes as a result of property inspection, lien search, unanticipated procedural delays, etc. Is there a mechanism for doing this in the current framework? It seems like the contracts are very, very solid once deployed.

of The Currency is already Decentralised And now the China disruption would simply
Decentralise the Mining setup for the better
What could blockchain solve that a simple open database wouldn't ? Then problem is not in lack of technology its lack of agreement between institutions. Just like cars have MOT history, Garage Repairs history, previous owners, etc Same needs to be with houses. Its not about blockchain at all.
Ответитьi want tokenize a land/real estate property , how do i do that with use of blockchain.
ОтветитьDo you want to do some promotion marketing? if so how can I contact you?
ОтветитьI understood so much about Blockchain in this one video. Thank you very much for such a succinct exaplanation. Lots of love and respect from India :-)

ОтветитьA feature of blockchain technology is the emergence of the digital bearer instrument. This means that if you are in possession of a Private Key, you are the owner of the asset at the corresponding public address on a particular blockchain and are entitled to spend or transfer the asset as you please. This also means that if you lose the private key, you have lost ownership of the asset.
What would happen if you lost the private key to your property? Would this somehow mean you no longer owned it and that you could no longer sell it?
Surely there would have to be a process for you to reclaim your “lost” home. And if this process involved appealing to a central authority to reinstate your rightful claim to your home, then what would be the point of a supposedly immutable database that could be overridden by a central authority?
Furthermore, if a central authority could reinstate your claim to your home, that would certainly open up the possibility of a corrupt official “reinstating” your home to someone else.

ОтветитьAwesome video.
ОтветитьReal estate makes so much sense with blockchain, its now been adopted massively around the world.
Recently the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has engaged ChromaWay a swedish blockchain company on a two-year project in Bolivia, Peru, and Paraguay on an initiative titled “Distributed Ledger Technology (Blockchain): The Future of Land Titling and Registry.” The primary goal of the project is to evaluate how blockchain technology can contribute to solving some of the most pressing problems of land administration in South America
Hello,
Great videos! Concepts explained in a simple/clear fashion.
Can you please make a video on how Blockchain can be used in Supply Chain and Purchasing?
Could there ever be a political and/or socio-economic fact checking application? something that brings together historic events and politicians (and academics?) speeches and statements and confirms or denies veracity? It could help journalists, help snopes and politifact, and of course anyone who reads news online... What might something like that look like, if even possible?
