Nike is burying themselves… and I don’t feel sorry for them. I couldn’t care less. I’ve already moved on to far superior brands that actually sell good looking, quality, comfortable sneakers at a better price. That’s the problem with the sneaker community. Everything started going downhill when people started putting hype and a “value” on sneakers. There’s always been resell but the hype got it to where the common sneakerhead don’t wanna pay that much. There’s no love for sneakers anymore there’s love for value.

I get what your saying but people aren't seeing Nikes side and that's something I've been trying to understand more lately....can you imagine being a business owner that constantly hears "bring back this and that colorway, we don't want anything but OG releases, or even why try this just stick to what you know"....but then the following month hear "here's the same old colorways again, Nike never does anything new, damn they ruined the black toe high trying to change it up, we want another puke olive travis and no other low releases "....it's gotta be impossible to please consumers when all they do is bitch and moan no matter what....a company can't spend millions a year on manufacturing "trying" new crap and just have it sit...that's a one way ticket to bankruptcy, and yes even a company as big as Nike, if they're not smart, can run the company into the ground and be forced to sell or go bankrupt...i mean just look at what's happening with Adidas this year...Nike has to play it safe right now to bring sales back up and that means releasing OGs and the same colorways on every silhouette....2025 is a prime example...it's one of, if not the biggest release year to date in terms of excitement and its 90 percent because of re-releases! Bro I'm going to keep it 100 this won't do anything to the SB it is its own model. The Pine green 4 RM will just a similar version but. It doesn't look exactly the same and honestly the Sb Jordan 4 should have been like the Jordan 4 RM cause the SB 4 is a terrible skate shoe. It does have good quality materials but. It's more of a marketing strategy then anything. The Jordan 4 Rm could actually be used for consistent skating cause it's a low top and not a clunky, super heavy shoe like the SB 4. The SB 4 is mainly used for lifestyle wear and not really for skating. Beside maybe massive sets or crazy tricks that involve massive sets or unless u got the bread to blow on a $700 sneaker for skating or copped like 3 pairs for retail.

Well, Nike has been doing this since the 90s and especially 2000s where they would make a Jordan like the bred color way and then they would make team Jordans in the same color way, but those were for kids like me where my parents would not spend money for me to have the expensive shoes so I would get the cheaper version but they would still be Jordans and they would still have that cool color way so I thought I was cool. So I don’t really mind it and most real sneaker heads don’t either because we know the good shoes verse the Jordan spinoffs.

What if you want the pine green RMs in a low for summer instead of a high top?? There’s nothing wrong with an affordable low top style/version of this shoe. I own the SB Pine Green 4s and I think the lows in the RM version will be dope!!
