If you're waiting a full minute you better have a bait that truly suspends in cold water- every one I have other than my Megabass 110s either sinks or rises if you leave it still for too long. Most sink right now- while the water's as cold as it is- even my Yozuri started sinking yesterday- and last week it was suspending perfectly. It snowed today, this morning- about 2 inches- which is super rare for this area- I wonder if they would bite today. Only one way to find out- which means I need to get going- wish me luck.

A lot of those don't work well from the bank. The only one I have had luck with lately is the drop shot.

I can't even fish right now here in Michigan. Lakes are frozen but the ice is too thin to ice fish.
