I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking of putting the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.

Who collects the dividend when u sell a call? The seller of the call or the person that bought the call?

Time out. You breezed over the long term retirement account so you do not pay short term cap. gains taxes. You say you have a sepira. Who do you have that through and do they allow you to transfer funds and stock via clearing house like Apex by submitting a ACATS form? Allowing you to move from robinhood to your brokerage account with out getting hit up for taxes untill you withdraw.

This strategy is correct and is the one I use. Every day I scan down my long list of stocks owned, having sold calls on them, looking for calls that are preferably about 92% expired. I place limit orders to buy back the calls at minimal cost. Then I immediately sell new covered calls on these for fresh income. Covering them before expiration saves waiting weeks for those last few dollars, and hastens the next round of income from call premium.

Do you still have to buy those 100 shares in case you are selling coverd calls and the stock price reaches the strike price once as a part of fluctuations but again comes down before your expiration date?
Can someone explain this please?

Guys you can collect premium even if the option goes well into the money, I’m not sure as to why this guy said that your forced to buy it if it goes beyond the options strike price. Your only obligated if it expires pass the break even and well you just didn’t sell that contract fast enough

So you buy 100 Tesla stock for $18,403 and then sell a put at a lower stock price. It would be an expensive strategy starting off.

Right now is the perfect time. Because of earnings reports coming out stocks change vastly. For example Facebook spiked after there earnings call so place a PUT option for there price to go back to around where there price was before the earning report. I've made $5000 in one weak with an investment of just $200.

Ít only work with valid stock... won't work for penny stock..low volume

i was so wrong about options 🤦‍♂️ i thought in order to sell options you had to already have 100 shares

I've been going out about a week and a 1/2 each time period I used Tesla quite a bit. But it's so volatile that I'm afraid if I sell Tesla 2 months out and let's say I get 15 bucks a share. That in a Few weeks Tesla could have jumped by 30 bucks a share but I'm stuck in it at a lower price point

Does a cheaper stock have less premium ?

This is one of the most valuable videos I have ever watched. I have now watched it 5 times, taking notes each time. I feel like I understand so much more about options now, and I am a lot closer to making my first option trade.

Confusing

I have a question, does Robinhood do real time trades and doesn’t have a delay like Webull?

Literally I thought I knew what I was doing and bought 4 calls and lost a total of $1,700 last year. I started watching your channel, did my research, and applied your selling options tips and made not only what I lost within the first two weeks of 2022 but 6% over!!! That’s insane :)
