I think this is it. I let my camaro 5 sit for a little over a week in freezing temps outside and started it and oil was coming from that exact spot and causing smoke when it touched the engine, and it's only on the driver's side. No check engine light. Im hoping there's no damage from it sitting a few days longer before i take it in.

Hey Scotty. I am really in need of some good advice here. My car is a 2010 Honda Accord LX. It’s drives normal when I go short distances but when I go like 100 miles or so on highway , the engine oil goes to the lowest point in the dipstick. Local shops told me to change VTEC spool seal and engine oil pressure switch. I did but nothing happened, still leaking as before. Now I’m told to spend more to replace valve cover gasket and VTC screen. But I’m not feeling confident. Can they chase this much leak while driving on highway? What is the problem here? Thank you in advance.

So I thought my car was burning oil but It's actually leaking oil not burning it It only is burning because the hot oil that's leaking is touching the hot engine parts. I even had a mechanic look at it and he told me it was an oil leak for sure. He was being completely honest he told me that the mechanic shop he's at charge a lot of money so. That doesn't happen too often. So I decided to watch your videos and you make everything seem so easy. I guess that's what many years of experience does. But I'm not complaining. Your videos always helped me out. Save me a lot of money.

After a recent oil change by the dealership suddenly entire oil started to come out and drained (they did double gasket!) I had no idea what kind of fluid it was and turned on the car running for about 10 minutes. Do you think running a car with zero oil would damage the engine if it runs even 10 minutes? Since it was the dealership’s fault do I need to ask for warranty in case something happens to the engine? If yes how long warranty should I ask? if the damage has already done should I ask for compensation? How much? I am a single mom and really worried.

Be sure to check if your car has torque sequence. i replaced my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid limited leaking gasket twice before realizing that there was a 2x torque direction and sequence specified in the online manual.

Scotty my Toyota ran great but when I moved I went to Keith Toyota for oil changes and suddenly my car had
expensive car repairs.
I always had the oil changes at the Leesburg Toyota and my car ran perfect but I moved and about 6 months later they Keith Toyota scared me with so many problems.
I stopped going there.
My car is fine.
Too bad the mechanics seemed to be greedy and try and scare a old lady with a social security income.
But at least they didn't rob me. I couldnt afford them.
