ОтветитьI've had butter burgers since I was a kid, honestly Wisconsin burger joints typically dress it up with pickles and ketchup and sometimes fried onions. Very rarely default served with just butter.

ОтветитьFYI, for those wondering why a burger with peanut butter dressing is called a Goober burger — at least as far back as the mid 19th century a colloquial name for peanuts has been “Goober Peas”.
