ОтветитьHello Dr. Murphy, I would argue against your choice of No. 10 because you have biased altering to mean increasing the bioavailability yet you could alter it to lower bioavailability in which case it would be safer. While C can be argued against too, we would all agree from your very lecture that Penicillins have a large therapeutic index that makes them safer although like you said, that isn’t correct for all people. What would you say about this?
ОтветитьThank you
Ответитьlove it!!!!!! made this complex topic so easy to understand!!!

ОтветитьI have really bad ADHD and let me just say, your teaching is INCREDIBLE for me. My attention is locked on your ability to teach with enthusiasm and keep me engaged and interested and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that especially with these complex topics:) keep it up please!!!

Although my exam won’t be covering all of what you have in this video, the therapeutic index review has greatly influenced my understanding of pharmacodynamics. Before this video, it was still a foreign concept, however, after watching this video, I have been able to fully understand my nursing document that covers pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics, with no difficulty.
ОтветитьAmazing videos! I do have a silly question. If all the receptors are used, how do we get to toxic levels?
ОтветитьThank you brilliantly explained
