As a foreigner, math was extremely easy as for me in engineering & students who attended private schools…
Most public schools curriculum failed the kids in the states. They don’t have a strong background to have enough confidence to go medical, finance, or engineering fields…

You need a piece of paper unfortunately to say you passed these subjects, or you be ŕich so you can open your own business and work for yourself.

When was the last time has he applied for a job? All the admin jobs usually ask for bachelor's degree. If it is in America where they spend hundreds of thousands it is not worth it. But in most European countries where it is free or cheap its is worth it.
