You guys turn out the best quality lowers I've ever owned, or seen. And trust me, I've seen and owned a few.

One other comment, 604 uppers. These go REALLY well with DOE builds. Just sayin'.....They are scarce right now and surplus ones are commanding a $250 plus pricetag.

The "battlefield pickup" polish you did on my XM grey upper and lower was a thing of beauty. It looked fantastic.

This makes me want to go hug my NDS-16A1 lower now. Because the finish is excellent (and it was bought way back before the 2008 panic) and it's just waiting for me to get out of CA so I can build it properly.
And then I'll be able to buy a few others and do a whole brace of proper retro builds, too.

It's interesting to see how much time you put into these. Now I'm curious how much time you put into your 10/22 sights / receivers :p.

The NDS-22 and the sight rails only get a basic deburr and blast.

They are much faster to process because billet doesn't have all the surface flaws that forgings do.

I know the video is old, but your receivers look great on the website. It's nice to see someone putting such pride and effort into their work. I feel comofortable seeing this video, and will be backordering a retro set soon.

Nice video. Why didn't you say what grinding wheels, what grit sand paper, what rouge or polish you are using?

No wonder it takes you guys so long to get these to market. You really need to streamline this process.
