What was the actual size it turned out to be? It looks great.
ОтветитьI love that machine. How many stitches per second does it do? Wow! Thanks for the tute.
ОтветитьLovely ❤
ОтветитьLove watching!!
ОтветитьI found out recently layer cakes are not always square. The project needed all ten inches in a square. The layer cake company is very well know. This might be why the hourglass didn’t come out.
ОтветитьStop starching at the beginning. Love what you do.
Ответить😊
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьYou are so relatable Kimberly when making mistakes and sharing a better and more successful way. Thank you for sharing with us!
ОтветитьHave a new grand baby coming and this would be a fun project to make 🪡 Thank you for sharing this .
ОтветитьYou always make such beautiful quilts and do such a nice job. Thank you for all your teaching. I like your layer cake tomorrow. That would be a great charity quilt.
ОтветитьThere’s you Platinum Juki! Beautiful seeing room.
ОтветитьI’m a very beginner the time lapse does not help me follow along
ОтветитьVertigo, I can’t watch anymore sorry.
ОтветитьThat is a pretty simple quilt...suits a beginner like me.
ОтветитьI love your videos. As we're watching it you narrate what your doing, what you would do differently. I am going blind but still able to sew. I'm looking for projects like this one that have big pieces. It's harder now to work with 2 1/2" squares. I would love to know if you have any other patterns using 10" layer cakes. Thank you again. Sandy from Idaho 😊
Ответитьdo you have a printed copy of this quilt top?
ОтветитьLove your quilting process and also your work layout, very organized.
May I ask if you had your sewing table customized? Quite pretty ❤❤
You went way too fast I cannot understand anything what you're doing and couldn't follow along was not a an easy video to follow with look good at the Finish but I'll have to find another video to watch to make The Hourglass thank you I'm sure for advanced people that could fall along but beginners I was lost
Ответитьvery cute- 20 hourglass and 16 plain makes for an adorable quilt
ОтветитьHi Kimberly, I'm new to you channel here. I saw one of your videos, that was sew as you go. But now I can't find it. Could you please help me out here. It looked very easy an fun.
ОтветитьLove it!
Ответить.
ОтветитьI love your table, what’s the best height for a sewing table?
ОтветитьThank you for another beautiful pattern! Can’t wait to make it!
What is the pattern for the quilt hanging in the back by the door??? I love this pattern and would love to make it for my quilting room!!
Love the Fabric + Design! Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьI need to know how you folded and then squared the block. I shrunk some10" blocks and it was taking so much time to square them up. Love your videos and patterns
ОтветитьThank you, Kimberly. This was fun to watch and there were several good learning points in there. I'll be trying this one! ⚘
ОтветитьLooks like a really cute quilt
ОтветитьSuch a neat sewing room ! Mine looks like a tornado ripped through it
ОтветитьI posted today but it’s waiting admin approval. Hopefully it counts! Posted on fb
ОтветитьAs someone who has sliced their finger tip off. Your cutting is giving me the heebee jeebees... Get a rotating mat! I love the design!

Don't understand why you cut up before you sew them.
ОтветитьI LOVE this video!
Never thought to precut the triangles.
Better precision me thinks?
Will definitely keep this idea in the works.
Thankyou!!!
WHAT FABRIC STARCH DO YOU USE.
ОтветитьLove this pattern, can't wait to try it! Your white lettering on your information sheet is very hard to read. Would be better in black
ОтветитьI must make this quick and easy quilt! I had to chuckle at the way Kimberly bites her lips as she's concentrating while sewing. I find myself
ОтветитьAMAZING KIMBERLY. You are so efficient. Love it.
ОтветитьWhere did you get that amazing desk for you Juki?!
ОтветитьAre you saying that starching shrinks the fabrics?
ОтветитьI sew the same way! Only thing different is that I use a design wall.
ОтветитьI just love these videos ‼️ Thank you so much ‼️ I’ll definitely try your pattern ❣️
ОтветитьI really liked how you stacked them up in sewing order. That may be common but I thought that was very clever and would make it easier. loved the finished quilt.
ОтветитьWhy are the layer cakes not square 10 x 10 to start out with
ОтветитьThe instructions say 'Your quilt can be made from one or more Layer Cakes'. Does that mean the same brand and designer or can you use different ones for variety? Thanks.
ОтветитьNot sure how one finds the description box to get more info to enter.
ОтветитьSuch a cute quilt!
ОтветитьBeautiful quilt using one layer cake package. Stay safe. Walk in Peace.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your quilt piecing process. That's the wisdom I seek more than more patterns. I like what you do and your methodology
