I get the headaches since I fell off a ladder

My Mum and Dad said i was the main source of their neck pain.

I have been rearended five times and t boned twice. I get this all the time. I do all this and still have issues. I used to be on the road all day.

I just found your video. I have had neck problems since 1992 I had a fusion of c 5-6 in 2007 and
I still have chronic pain from my shoulder/neck it goes now up to my ear area and into my head now as well. It's like one big muscle spasm. I think ive tried everything there is. Maybe, I'll get some relief from one of your videos 😊

My sleeping habits are likely the cause of my occipital neuralgia. I’m glad to know not to do some of the exercises that I was doing like the circles.

And others thought it was their spouse causing the pain.

I sleep with my head turned.

I already use all these suggestions. Still in pain and neck stiff. Hurts at base of skull when I turn it.

How does all come into play when you’re fused C3-C6?? Dizziness and imbalance now with vertigo which is a symptom of another issue.

Why do you have to go ahead ruin our sleeping positions. There’s nothing more comfy than the 2 positions you demonstrated.

I sleep on my side, but I'm propped up because of allergies.😅 I use pressure massage in the back underneath of my skull. Nothing crazy. Just a circular massage motion. Usually it will release.

Anxiety starts off quite a few migraine headache and back neck pain

I always have agonizing neck issues, such as cervical dystonia. While I watched the video I did the sideways neck bending and when I bended my neck to the r side (where the neck pain is) there was a loud crunch sound. I think it might have released some of the pressure there. Good video.
