ОтветитьI walked on the treadmill five days last week. This is a new goal for myself that I accomplished. My treadmill doesn’t have an incline so each week I will increase the speed and time.

ОтветитьI’ve started using my treadmill in earnest. Ok I’m on the first programme but once I get used to that I’ll move on to programme two. I’m 70, have stress issues and my low cholesterol is on the rise. But I’ll do anything to avoid taking statins. I’ve also changed my diet and eat cholesterol free foods as often as I can.

ОтветитьI don't use a treadmill but I walk for upto an hour twice a day - no massive incline though. I do about 4-5km a day minimum.

And I got my tread on tues its electric it goes to 4mph
I can do 900 steps in 20min im 160 on 1mph doing that many steps let's me lose 1 pound of course I thought it was water weight but its been that way since 4 days ago now i know its real
I agree with everything in this video. My situation is this. I will be 80 Yr. old and in fairly good shape. I do the treadmill about 5 days a week. Usually 30 to 60 minutes. My pace is 2.5 mph. Any suggestions that would help me get to 200 lbs from my current 225 lbs.
