I think the pause of service you experienced at the end is very typical of Denmark and not a sign poor service. Genuinely engaging with the people you eat and socialise with is very important in Denmark. This pause I belief is to allow you to engage with your people and not be interrupted.

And then they are people in this world (western countries AND other continents) who can’t pay for their food anymore. This is ridiculous. Nobody needs this.

I guarantee that the best restaurant in the world is not some poncy restaurant charging hundreds for a main course. Those establishments only exist because there are a lot of rich and stupid people who equate price with quality.

So what was the total?

I wonder whether the truffle dish was shoehorned in there as there is an expectation that you can't have a Michelin star tasting menu without it - maybe guests have complained that they didn't get any truffles with their meal before?

I have been there "only" once, it was superb, I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed watching this tremendously. There is something very classy about watching someone have high expectations - and still being in awe of what was served.

Ate here in 2016 with my wife. One of the most incredible nights of my life. I had the vegetarian menu and my wife had the regular one.

I've eaten at a few other Michelin star restaurants including another 3-star place, and they've been good, but Geranium just absolutely blew them away.

It was expensive - cost about as much as the rest of our 1-week holiday in Copenhagen, even without the wine pairing - but very worth it.

We sat near to the kitchen and it was great, we could see the cooks at work. Highly highly recommend. We'll never forget our experience there.

How is that view breathtaking? Its flats and rows of houses in the distance.

I always find it so amusing that all those "world's best restaurants" are always so..hmm, how should I put it.. "sterile".
Theyre not warm, theyre not welcoming, and the food is barely even food.
