Repairing a KitchenAid Pro 600

The rod where the pin goes thrugh has about half an inc of play causing the bottom to hang down. Any ideas?

You may have needed about 3 oz. Of food grade grease. You really need to pack the gears because the unit get hot from use especially when mixing bread dough.

That was food safe grease until you added gear grease
