HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR GOLF BAG the Right Way

Apart from the 6 golf ball rule, im looking to drink less. this is not helping.

Have my bag set up pretty much how you suggest. Just might try the putter up too. Be easier access.

Club arrangement is good, been doing it that way for over 20 years. Everything else… no, just no. Not at all organized.

To all those wanting to walk, invest in a push cart. You get the same exercise without jacking up your back in the long run! And not to mention, it's a more enjoyable experience.

I don’t want to be weird but I just counted the amount of golf balls in my bag and it’s 41 balls, 35 proper distance balls and 6 Taylormade practice balls 😂😂😂

Edit: It’s a week later and I now have 51 balls in my bag

I literally have 19 golf balls in my bag as I’m watching this. The reason I have so few is because I lost some from my last match

I am definitely in the category of "needing to hit balls you find in a bush" lol

I know it is tabu, but i still use iron covers to keep them from banging around and making a lot of noise.

Agree with the 6 balls. There’s always decent balls on the course to pick up as you play.
And I’d add, stop buying top-tier expensive balls! (if your GHIN is 10+)

The putter up top may be controversial, but visually I prefer it there when grabbing irons or wedges out of the bag.

I quit carrying when I hit 60 but I still walk (except for outings or cart mandatory courses).

The very best bags for me have individual, full-length dividers and an external putter holder.

On the subject of how many golf balls to carry, for years I must have had 20 golf balls in my bag and there were two reasons for doing that. First, I didn't want to have to fool around restocking my bag after every round because I wasn't playing often enough, nor was I good enough to care or worry about it. Second, I kept a sandwich bag of 3 or 4 'junk' balls or found balls that I would use on water holes, in case I put my drive into the water. My game improved vastly over the past 2 seasons, to the point that I didn't have to carry junk balls anymore but I still like to keep more than enough, for the same reason as before. I just don't always have time to check how many I have before playing because I often go out at the last minute. Just one man's opinion :)

Putter on top? That’s blasphemy!

Watching I have visions of Willem Dafoe telling Charlie Sheen, "You're humping to much stuff troop, you don't need half this shit." I carry 7 clubs, 6 balls, pitch mark tool, tees, 1 glove, 1 headcover, ball marker, gps, towel, flask, cigars, lighter, wallet, keys. I'm playing golf, I'm not on a moving job🤣
