How do we deploy the site if we used express as our backend to hide our api keys from the frontend?

Some refactoring and new feature goals (on top of what John suggested):
— Update styling and branding with your own
— Store the API creds as environment variables, to avoid hardcoded credentials
— Replace fontawesome icons with the vue-fontawesome package for leaner production code
— Add ability to remove cities from the navigation, as well as from the preview on the homepage
— Add focus to the first search result so that people can just hit enter on their keyboards after searching
— Add toast notifications as confirmation that users have successfully added or deleted cities
— Add a settings modal where users can choose imperial or metric
