Power Query: split column by delimiter with multiple spaces

This is ridiculous. Imagine having to inspect a massive table to know how many steps you will have to add.

What if the number of spaces is variable? you'll have to edit the query every time, which is no different as doing the same with Excel's "replace" negating the purpose of a power query that should update automatically.
