I received a summons but there is no case number what should I do

Also on the proof of service it was blank is that supposed to be blank?

I answered a summons 2 days after they sent it to me it has now Ben over 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from them

Thanks for the info. You said that the judge may say that you can go in back room and negotiate. Can part of that negotiation be removal of entries on you credit report? And, will judge recognize and record such removal in decision? Thanks

Lol wish I would’ve found you sooner. I got served two weeks ago and have court tomorrow. Can I ask for more time to review the documents they present even though it may be the same documents they served me with?

Question they served me summons with a court date that already past what can I do then?

Love your work. I do work like you in California. Just recently helped a person being sued by a debt collector, and plaintiff fought and refused to even do discovery but the day of trial, they were forced to bring the original creditor who brought the paperwork the plaintiff should of had. Bottom line, the individual/defendant won because original creditor failed to maintain the records, the amounts never added up, notices were defective and basically caught lying to the courts and the judge forced to yelled at the attorney representing the plaintiff due to his outburst he objected to the ruling and is now in court records case dismissed, judgement in favor of defendant. Knowledge is golden

If these third party interlopers bought your debt, then hasn't your debt been paid? Can they show a contract that you signed authorizing them to buy your debt and you having to pay them?

What about a car repo? I was told court in few weeks? Can I setup payment plan and skip court? Thx

Thank you for posting this I live in California and just got 2 summons from the same collector.... how long do you really have to reply to the court? Only 30 days by the date stamped on the front of the paper? Cause I was served literally the day before it was the last day is it too late now?

Nobody ever says where you put your answers, is this a new document or on the summons

I have a summons that they sent me from a debt collector and also the the sent a exibit A with some of the statement for my credit card also do i have to file a summon appeal with all the letter thet sent me about the summon or just file summon appeal to answer

I have an auto loan debt that was sold to a third party they summoned me today after I tried to do a credit dispute,so I have 30 days to respond, do i ask for the original contract I’m wet ink? HEEEELLLPPP
