I'm a week behind! But really enjoyed this! I only have kettlebells, no dumbells, but I worked variations with what I have 😊 looking forward to the next 8 weeks!

I was worried that after weeks of not being able to do any training I would really struggle but because of all the wonderful strength training I have done with you (Rebel, Revive, Refine) my body was like - you got this! I'm not going to lie - it was hard - but I did it! Thank you so much!! 💓

This is one of my all time favs! Love the 2 x exercices so you can adjust your weights accordingly 💪🏻 Also noticed I’m getting stronger and abs exercises are getting easier.. push ups are still a struggle for me though 😬 Thanks 🙏🏻 and Happy New Year!

Day 2 - Bike & Bells - Done.
Awesome workout and playlist Kaleigh, thank you! Increased weight, very excited about that. 20lb dumbbells arriving very soon. May also have to order dumbbells above 25lbs for chest, back and squat exercises. Trying to keep the momentum and resistance feeling like the beginning - Day One. We’re steadily outgrowing current weights. This is what it’s all about! RELENTLESS
