Day 1 : it is not tiring like other exercises or certain sports but my thighs are literally burning, I think the summer holidays have affected me 😂
Day 2 : my thighs are burning, I think it works little by little, I don't see any results yet but it's normal 🤠
Day 3 : as always... my legs are burning 😂 I feel like I've lost a little but I don't know if it's due to these exercises or to the walking that I do more
Day 4 : I have already done my sport so today I am not doing the exercise, I am already tired 🤠 but I want to say that you can already see a little that my thighs are less wide
