I will try everyday for 2 weeks and tell you here everyday
(->For the reference im 1m70 and 57 kg and I don't do too much sport, so maybe you won't have the same result )

Day 1 : it is not tiring like other exercises or certain sports but my thighs are literally burning, I think the summer holidays have affected me 😂

Day 2 : my thighs are burning, I think it works little by little, I don't see any results yet but it's normal 🤠

Day 3 : as always... my legs are burning 😂 I feel like I've lost a little but I don't know if it's due to these exercises or to the walking that I do more

Day 4 : I have already done my sport so today I am not doing the exercise, I am already tired 🤠 but I want to say that you can already see a little that my thighs are less wide

Appena fatto questi esercizi. Fantastici perché mi rendo conto che sono quelli che servono per chi pratica lo sci. Trasferimento del carico del corpo da una gamba all'altra e proprio quello che si fa quando si scia.
