I am new to strength training and love the short videos. 10 minutes is all I can do and am working to do them with good form. Can’t do the plank with rotating hands yet but am going to keep at it until ai can. Thank you for the great motivation ❤

Any recommendations for someone that experiences sharp pain in the palms when doing planks? I am also working with a little bit of a muscle pull in the left shoulder which I am sure isn't helping. Thanks for making these short but effective so I still feel like I am moving my body when I can't get to the gym!

At the end of this vid, my elbow just give up completely on locking its joints (it gave up supporting my body when I tried to get up😭)

But thanks a lot for the vid!! My arms strength is non existent so hopefully I can be consistent with this workout and get results!! ❤❤

Me after doing madfits 10 minute workout: I can’t lift/feel my arms🤣💀do not let the time fool you. It’s a burner.

Im trying this 3-5 times a week for a month to see how many push-ups I can do (and if I do them with good form)

Week 0: can’t even do 2 push-ups in a row

This actually works I'm beginning to get a line/definition in My arm and some muscle and I had noodle arms. I've only done it four times. Just need to be consistent

Tried to hold dumbbells 2 kg each instead of doing the w-raise. My right arm started getting down against my will at the last exercise.

Such a good burn in the arms! I only have a set of 3 and 5 pound dumbells so workouts with weights are limited. Workouts with bodyweight however will never cease to test my patience 😂 great workout! I'll be back to try again soon :)) ❤️
