ОтветитьAny recommendations for someone that experiences sharp pain in the palms when doing planks? I am also working with a little bit of a muscle pull in the left shoulder which I am sure isn't helping. Thanks for making these short but effective so I still feel like I am moving my body when I can't get to the gym!

ОтветитьSuch a good burn in the arms! I only have a set of 3 and 5 pound dumbells so workouts with weights are limited. Workouts with bodyweight however will never cease to test my patience 😂 great workout! I'll be back to try again soon :)) ❤️
