Is there anywhere to find out about the sales events that Etsy is having/encouraging? (ie: Nov. 22-Dec.17) I want to take advantage of those and haven't seen anything about them come through my email. Any one else here have any info about them?

Is it better to organize your shop categories by niches (teacher, marriage, religious) or types of items (sweatshirts, t shirts, etc)? Or does it matter?

Hi Shawna! Does Etsy take fees to be included in those sales events? Is there something we need to click on to get in the sales events?

Interesting comments about having a plan for an influx of orders. Could you explain why this is please? Presumably, it's because you have to pay your print provider before you get paid by Etsy. You mentioned you had a video about this but I couldn't find a link to it. Thanks for all the advice.

Shawna, I am wondering why you would run a 25% sale while Etsy is doing so. Am I missing something! I didn't run a sale, but because of the Early Shopper Sale my items are already showing up discounted. So confused and thank you souch for your amazing videos and motivation. Thank you for another great video, Shawna! I have a quick question: I had someone place an order on October 31, but Printful says the address is invalid and I have sent her several messages asking to confirm the address and she has not responded. I'm not sure what to do. I'm worried about her being upset because it hasn't been sent, but I don't want it to just be returned due to the address. Should I just cancel the order?

I literally feel like giving up I’ve been working on my Etsy shop and spending endless hours on designing losing sleep . I am a foster mom and a mama to a severely Austin toddler so my only hours to get things done are when they are asleep so I literally don’t sleep much and I just want to cry cause I’ve tried so hard and nothing has yet to come and watching all these success stories I feel discouraged me even more . Maybe I don’t have what it takes I don’t know . working online is my only option to feel like I’m somebody or have something going for myself . Im stuck in the house as to I’m my sons caregiver .
I don’t want to put my shop name trying to get attention from someone ended platform but I would be grateful if just one person could maybe look over my page and let me know if I’m not doing something right 😢

I would love to see a video where you talk about what percentage of your Christmas listings are actually full on “Christmasy” in design and what percentage are “normal” giftable items that the recipients can use or wear throughout the year. Which one of these two category of listings does better when Etsy customers shop for holiday gifts? Thanks!

Hi Shawna, i just want to thank you for all the advices that you are giving us here, I learned so many things from you. I have my Etsy shop for 3 years now, but I started with POD just recently, in August. With bad designs and no research 😹I have one question for you if you can help me. I’m doing now exactly how you are telling us to do, research, checking best selling items, doing my SEO with those keywords from those listings, but I don’t have views. Even with 5$ adds that i put a few week ago. My question is:why? Because those keywords are in high competition, and as a new POD seller I’m not ranking for it? I wanna mention that I kinda abandoned my shop before i started with POD, being very busy in my day to day job. Can this be a factor why because I’m not getting views? Hope you can help me with an answer 😊 I’m really consistent now with my shop, and I want it to work

I only made 15 sales last month and I actually have great products. Feeling so defeated.

That’s my first Q4 and October was the best month for me so far :) sold so many Christmas related items already! Can’t wait for the next weeks to go by! It’s so much fun to see first profits on my bank account haha

If I sold 35 custom group shirts a day as a mom, there's no way I could find time to fill those orders if I'm doing them all manually. Can you show us how you do it? Do you hire people to help, do you use Hello Custom or are they set up with individual SKU numbers? Thanks!

Are New Year's designs worth making as well? I feel like the focus is on Christmas right now, but New Years is also coming up.
