What a beautiful trailer! It is absolutely breathtaking! Y'all looked like kids in a candy store! Compared to the 2500RL, it's a whopper! Interested to see how your truck does with it mileage-wise since we have the same truck as y'all do! We've started looking at shorter 5ers (30 feet and under (you know, the mythical "half-ton towables"), so we're getting the itch to switch, too! We'll have the dealer install any hardware we will need. I'm getting too long in the tooth for that sort of stuff. 😂 We'll be watching for your new adventures with the new rig! Of course, Ms Rhonda has to load it up first! 😊

You spelled Frame failure wrong it's not Solitude, it's Influence FF now. I wouldn't buy from GD if they gave me one for $1. I hope you have great luck with it. It's a shame they are doing what they are doing to ones with the issues and how some were treated. It's a nice looking rig, and congrats on getting it. You should DEMAND form grand design the weight limits for each slide, total added weight allowed in the front bedroom. The proper weight distribution in pounds for each section of the RV. The problem is they probably won't tell you, so they can deny claims down the road. One more note, careful with the bedroom slide with the sink in it, check the plumbing fittings they used, as most likely flex hoses, and add it to you inspection lists after slide is in and out for hose movement, kinks, etc.

Have you checked the true pin weight yet? Love the trailer and my 2500HD gasser has 3580 lb payload, but this trailer would be about the max weight I would want to be at. Congrats, it’s a great looking rig.

You say in your video that you can access the refrigerator while the kitchen slide is closed. Is that correct? We’re having trouble finding info on it. One week in and out during the peak season if that’s true that place we need to put another 30,000 feet on there

I don’t understand what everybody sees in the Anderson hitch besides being able to remove the hitch, which is huge. I get that ,,but just the back-and-forth trying to get lined up. Is there a better trick with these?

Humm they was to have it ready but stove gas not turnd on . Left you all in the wind to check things out instead of having it inside in a bay so you could realy check it out in comfort. He show you something then you ask question and he says i dont know look in the manual.

Congratulations you two...it could not happen to a nicer couple!

We went from a 27' 5th wheel to a 26' bumper pull and hated it. It felt like it was 10' longer and 20,000 pounds heavier!! Went back to a 40' 5th wheel and what a huge difference! Much easier to handle too.

That is a sharp rig! Almost every major manufacturer is copying Brinkley now.

We have had our 2903 for about two weeks. Absolutely love it. I have to say that we do have a king bed and do not have to lift it to close or open the door.

You should buy a welder because the frame may break before you get home or your first trip and will need to be repaired on the side of the road our friends broke 275 miles from the dealer and called us at 200 pam in the morning to help the frame broke in two different places. on I 65 South

Yes a Grand Design Influence a 2024 model they took back to Elkhart Indiana on Monday and they had it for 12 week repair and replace water leaks frame cracks the roof was torn

Let us know how you are treated after that high dollar rig starts falling apart and they tell you to go pound sand

Just came across your channel and subscribed . We just saw that rig at the Louisville RV show and did a video on it. I think you'll be fine with that rig regardless of all the negative comments. Grand Design is giving a 5 year warranty to all 2020 and later models.

Ya know it all looks great on the surface.
But the monster that lays beneath is the one that will blow your investment to shreds.
Yeah no cracked frames for me . And it’s a shame cause I really like it but just can not trust the company or the product. That’s just to much money to gamble with.

My wife and I are looking at this trailer also. I've tried to catch which truck you are using, but I can't see any numbers. Is it a 2500 or 3500HD Silverado and is it gas or diesel? Congratulations on your new trailer, by the way! Can't wait to follow along on your adventures.

We’re looking at that exact same unit. How is the AC in it does it cool the unit really good or does it struggle to cool? Heard some things about it. Just wants to be sure thanks and safe travels

Well, we upgraded to a 5th wheel in July, a Rockwood R281rk. Sold our 2023 Ultra lite. This was the shortest ownership of any RV we have ever owned in over 33 years, almost 1year to the date, LOL. 😊 Took her out last month on the first trip, and we had a fresh water tank connector leak, but its being fixed now and should have it back in the next couple of weeks, just in time to winterize it till spring.
