Don't mess around with Mac & Cheese too much but I like to level up by adding sautéed diced onion and crumbled bacon. Nothing goes with cheese like bacon and onion.

Why is it everytime I make one of your recipes, it seems to disappoint? I follow step by step, and it just never comes out like it should. Next time I’m sticking to my own Mac and cheese recipe cuz idk wth just happened, a whole block of cheese just to waste and it hurts my fat self 😮‍💨
