ОтветитьWatching this well after the livestream, but it helped me work on dishes which is my worst task when it comes to getting motivated. The break time was a good pause since my back gets stiff standing at the sink, so I did some stretches. (And yes I drank water! Lol) I still had some time left in the second round, so I took my trash out too! I only made it to the second break segment, but I will definitely tune into these streams or VODs when I need another body double. Thanks!

I'm brand new to them (this is like the 5th video I've ever tried and I can really only work with yours so far) I really, really enjoyed this one bc you remind us to drink water but arent constantly chatting. I think that chatty stres are great for getting laundry done or cleaning, but when I use these for studying literally any noise takes me out if focus. I don't mean to sound mean or critical in anyway, I just love the silently working next to you vibes ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI actually do a lot of my cleaning during these sessions, so I use breaktime to sit down and rest! But I do participate in the wiggle and jiggle and always follow orders to drink water and go pee if i have to. Lol these are insanely helpful to me and I will rewatch them over and over! ❤

I work primarily from home for a non-profit, as well as doing house hold tasks, and these streams have been so helpful and motivating!
