Mika you can refill your bottle at some kind of kitchen sink or taps made especially for refilling bottles like drinking taps not the toilet sinks

Well, really, for the most part you’ll be fine refilling water in toilets, as long as they’re using normal tap water (which I presume most in Japan do). It’s just usually something to avoid, since so many people have washed their hands there, you don’t know how clean the taps are.
