I have been looking for a program guide to continue my vegan fitness journey so this is a great opportunity. Is there a way to do at home workouts and gym workouts? I am new to the gym and aren't sure how to use the equipment but I want to learn.

Hi Natalie! Considering to join. Wanted to know if I can continue my fitness classes? I hate to miss out on your program and can add some of it in, but I love my classes - they are similar to cross fit and a little more cardio - that I do 5x per week. Can I blend these two things??? Looking forward to the nutrition and learning new ways to get my protein intake and meal prep!!
