I have a 5600x radeon gpu, but a dual Intel Xeon E5-2600v1. I have an intel c602 chipset. I canopen almost any game, but usually i find that the fps is very low and there are lag spikes. This is on games such as minecraft, gta 5 and more. How do I make it better. Can you maybe reccomend me another cpu, gpu or something else that can optimise my gaming?

By the way, you could do; go to settings -> system -> about -> advanced system settings -> performance -> adjust for best performance!

The registry edits are safe enough where we don't have to set a restore point? Last time I messed with my registry I broke my PC LOL like had to reinstall windows 😅

Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling should be off in my opinion. I turned it on, then used it for like 6 months, got many crashes in various games, then I turned it off again and it's fine now. I have a 5600X and a 1080 Ti btw, so you wouldn't think it would be a problem.
