How to Install macOS Big Sur on VirtualBox on Windows

so im using virtualbox and im trying to put bigsur on and i get isntalldamage when i try and install. i set my windows laptop to date that the release and remade it and that did not help any one know how to fix it

Yo so it worked, but when im on the after logo black screen with safari and disk utility i almost cannot move the mouse? Its like its turbo laggy and i dont know why, ive given 4 cores to it and bout 6gb ram i bet that should be enough, anyone knows what it might be?

For me it freezes on the BIOS-text-like execution of the commands from step 4 when I boot the thing. Those command in step 4 should be performed in the install directory of Virtualbox right? Not in the folder where the VM is going to be installed?
