[PoE 3.23] LEAGUE STARTER - LIGHTNING ARROW DEADEYE - PATH OF EXILE AFFLICTION - POE BUILDS

I am still new to the game, i understand the budget and completed skill points, but during the completed section you change some skills. I’m assuming that’s because of the jewel you show but I’m confused if you’re saying it’s optional or what?

Steelskin + LifeTap instead of Berserker + Vaal Molten Shell is ok ?

Question, you say you want to look for things with crit strike chances like in the flasks and other items. I also noticed in the talent tree you took "Precise Technique" which increases attack damage but also makes it so you never deal critical strikes?? Is there some sort of benefit to this that I'm just not understanding?

why using berserk without rage? wtf

attack speed is better then projectile? faster attack more damage at least for single target damage.
