I cannot believe Google recommended you when I searched for a Post Rock guitar!
Thank you for the video! Though I didn't find what I was looking for, now I'm more familliar with the plugins in Bitwig that can be used.
By the way, it is pronounced as Mólot and means Hammer.
Is ibanez Prestige azs2200 guitar with SH pickup suitable for rock post?
ОтветитьCatchy beat
ОтветитьThis track is 🔥
ОтветитьWaste of time..by the time he got to the actual plugins, I was already pissed off and impatient!
When you say 'Best free ambient plugins', give them out in a damned list instead of explaining your mix!
lets goooooo
ОтветитьNOT FREE
ОтветитьWhere's the headcrusher vst DL LINK?
Ответитьthank you for the video good sir - but why on earth are you using that DAW, lol.
Ответитьmercurial is not free it's $50
ОтветитьThank you very much for this inspiring video, Mattias! So much of lovely guitar sound! Oh, I feel the need to learn playing it again!) Especially on something like your nice Gibson)
Have you used sampling for the Gibson shimmer track or what is it? Firstly I thought it's a reverb of some guitar notes, but then you're playing it live. Very nice effect! The fast bass-like guitar track also sounds so nice and energetic. Many our local rock bands in 80-90s tried and experimented with drum machines and all the electronic stuff and such fast guitar lines were quite usual, just remembered that :)
Thanks for this video, Mattias! Have a wonderful and creative weekend!
Your "gentleman" track made me think of the song "Daughter" from Youth. Nice vid, Im up and ready for some post rock now.
ОтветитьNice video! But it would've been more helpful to listen to the sound of the guitar direct from the DAW while adding the effects, instead of through the mic.
ОтветитьThat sounds lit
Ответитьi discovered your channel now im really impressed you clean af ! keep going dude
ОтветитьDid you look for any guitar for yourself at the sale of David Gilmour? )
ОтветитьNice video, please what version of bitwig did you use in this video?
Ответитьoh,that is so good,爱你!
ОтветитьExcellent overview and demos... thx Mattias !
ОтветитьMaster, one question. What can be done whit a naylon acoustic guitar recorded by mic?
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьHave you tried the Trash 2 plugin with the guitar yet? That's one of the things I've wanted to try after getting moved (only 1.5 weeks away before moving finally starts). I don't know if you saw my recent comment, but I've managed to get Studio One 4 Pro for $200 & it has arrived, but I can't install it until Friday evening. So I won't be moving to Cubase. I also picked up Twangstrom and a Kontakt instrument called Bronze Bin (by SoundIron).
I think the only thing I'm pissed about with Studio One is that it doesn't support MPE. That seems like a glaring oversight for the King of the DAWs. You know what is really a kick in the head? If you had produced more Bitwig videos of you integrating your guitar with Bitwig, it might've prevented me from buying Studio One. lol. I've been looking at Bitwig as a sound design & synth tool & it doesn't seem guitar-friendly although it doesn't have the highly prized chord track that Studio One has. Chord Track, Drum editor, and its Pattern maker are what drew me to Studio One basically. I'm definitely not abandoning Bitwig or anything. I still have my Maschine Jam to play with for Bitwig, Maschine stand-alone software, & need to find out if Maschine works inside Studio One..not sure yet.
